Is GEODESY a Radar Detector?

Definitely not, GEODESY uses Global Positioning System technology to actively track satelliteswith coordinates that tell you your exact geographical position. The locationsof fixed position Speed Detection Devices are entered into memory on the GEODESY database as predetermined locations. When the coordinates correspond, the warning device is activated, andyou have been warned. Radar detectors,on the other hand, are notoriously unreliable and inaccurate as a passivedevice reacting to the presence of radar/laser signal actions.
